1. Made-to-Order Policy

All 1% products are made-to-order.

Production begins once your order is placed. Because each piece is manufactured specifically for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference changes
• Delayed shipping outside our control

Please review sizing carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@1percentclo.com

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement
or
• A refund (at our discretion)


3. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is authorized, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

• Import duties
• Customs fees
• Local taxes

These charges are non-refundable.

If an international shipment is refused, return shipping and courier fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
