By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
These Terms apply to all purchases, including limited “drop” releases.

The Website is operated by 1% (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
All information about our products, pricing, and availability is displayed on the Website.
3. Limited Production & Made-to-Order
All products are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
Production begins after your order is placed. Estimated timelines are provided on product pages and in our Shipping Policy.
Because items are produced specifically for you:
• Orders cannot be modified once placed
• Production cannot be expedited
• Availability is limited
Drop quantities are capped (e.g., 70 units) and will not be restocked once sold out.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing
• Inventory errors
• Commercial resale suspicion
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to purchase.
Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you complete checkout.
Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment has been received.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided on product pages and in our Shipping Policy.
Because items are made-to-order:
• Production typically requires approximately 2 weeks
• Processing & dispatch may require up to 1 additional week
Canada:
• Complimentary domestic shipping
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks from purchase
International:
• Shipping rates calculated at checkout
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks from purchase
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
8. Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
1% has no control over these charges.
9. Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of your order, you are responsible for:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
• Any customs or courier fees incurred
These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The incorrect item was sent

Returned items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
11. Product Representation
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately.
However, slight variations in:
• Color
• Fabric texture
• Fit
may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances.
12. Commercial Resale Prohibited
Products are sold for personal use only.
You may not:
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Use for commercial purposes
without prior written consent from 1%.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of commercial resale.
13. Limitation of Liability
1% is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays beyond our control
• Business losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province in which 1% operates.
Disputes shall be resolved in the applicable Canadian courts.
